Hydrolytic performance of secretomes of the four fungal strains with highest cellulase activity. The four fungal strains were cultivated in liquid medium in flasks at 30°C and 180 rpm for 4 to 7 days to reach their peak of enzyme production. pNPG was used to evaluate β-glucosidase activity. The reactions were performed at the optimum pH and temperature of the culture supernatant against Avicel. Data are means ± standard deviation from three replicates. The results presented are from a representative experiment; similar results were obtained in the other two independent experiments.
