Cellulose conversion by TrAA9A and TlCel7A. BMCC (2 mg/mL) was treated with TlCel7A (34 μg/mL) alone or together with TrAA9A (6 μg/mL) in 50-mM sodium acetate buffer (pH 4.8) containing 1-mM l-ascorbic. The reaction was carried out at 50 °C with agitation at 150 rpm. The error bars represent the standard deviation of the triplicates
